Dec you know when you put the tones on your pages, do you leave it as a layer for the colourist? I saw in the Mr. Skull and Crossbones comic some nifty colouring on your manky brush streaks and tones.
Thanks guys! Maybe I was channeling my inner Gummi Bear fandom.
Bob; Jordie has a halftone brush on photoshop, but sometimes she'll colourize the halftone layer. That's what Matt did on Crossbones; I left all my halftone on a seperate layer and he colourized it. He also had a halftone brush and used that in places, so it's not clear what halftone is mine or his, which I really like.
Lovely, dynamic drawing. Great slightly forced perspective on the trees. This one's a winner.
ReplyDeleteThis is fantastic! Really, really love the design. When the page first opened the first thing I thought was Disney's Gummi Bears, ha.
ReplyDeleteLove the composition on this one. It does have a Gummi Bears vibe about it.
