I was the perfect age when the Turtles came along and so naturally I embraced them with open arms. I watched the cartoon, bought the toys, wore the t-shirts; I even got a couple of drawing published in the British Turtles comic. And it was Turtles comics that first got me to venture into an actual comic shop and eventually lead me to a career drawing the things.

Krang by Stephen Thompson

And it was Turtles comics that first got me to venture into an actual comic shop and eventually lead me to a career drawing the things.

ReplyDeleteTerrific! Krang was such a ridiculously weird kind of character, almost lovecraftian (it's a brain that talks and lives in the stomach of a giant robot it built for that purpose).
ReplyDeleteAlso, Krang has always been, and will always be, the perfect name for a bulldog.
