Clayface

Bit of a quick one today as I'm busy-busy-busy. Another batman villain this week, and although Batman and his foes are my favourite comic characters, it's almost always the Bruce Timm animated versions that I think of when I go to draw them. That series always seemed to boil those characters down to their essence and could even make second stringers like Clayface here really work.

Agreed. That cartoon really left an impression on me. Their stylized designs made them a lot more iconic than they were in the comics, i reckon.

Lovely pic. Like how you used the zip-tone to define his outline, rather than just doing it in line.

It was outlined originally, but I took it out and I thought it looked fine. Benifits of working digitally. Or owning Tip-Ex.

Nice pic Thomps, you're getting a really nice, tapered line with that thing.
