Iron Giant Commission

Due to singular demand, here's the completed Iron Giant commission, the pencils of which I posted last week. Inked with copic pens/brushpens and markers.

On the topic of commissions, I'm probably going to take on 3 or 4 pre-booked commissions for the upcoming Dublin International Comics Expo (or DICE) next month. I'll probably be doing quick free sketches during the con, but here's the chance for anybody who wants something a bit more substantial. I'll post details on this blog and my own later in the week.

UPDATE: I'm taking on two more commissions to be collected at DICE, two spots are already gone. 50 quid for an A4 single character. Just give me a shout on facebook/twitter/email/smoke signals if interested.

Old Sketchbook randomness

These days i have to draw quite a bit for work so dont have much energy for sketchbooks but i know the time is coming fast that ill be flying around different studios and drawing much less for the production. On the last feature i ended up filling endless sketchbooks during that phase. Heres a selection of drawings of theinsides of aeroplanes, some restaurant and some very very early sketches for Song of the Sea. Plus a random drawing of rasputin .

Iron Giant 2 Pencils

Spent yesterday drawing this up, another Iron Giant commission. The piece I did for the Irish Animation Charity Auction seemed to go down really well, and there's been some interest for more of the same from other people.
