I started this for a previous theme week , and still have'nt had time to finish it for this weeks musician theme week.
Its based on Joanna Newsoms "Cosmia".
I spent like an hour on the shading of the upper lip.

Creature Design

Bit of creature design for the book I'm doing at the moment. I normally don't have time to do many designs in advance and I just end up winging it on the page, but the cover artist needed it for reference.

A few weeks ago, friend-of-the-Micks Si Spurrier launched a new X-Men series. Si's a mate, so as a present congratulating him on a Marvel ongoing series, I drew this on a sketch-cover for this issue and gave it to him. He seemed to like it!
