Skeletor

I was a big Skeletor fan as a kid, I had the figure and even his purple panther that he rode around on. Until my mam stood on it and cracked it in half down the seam. This was all drawn with a good old fashioned brush, old skool.

Very nice Tom Tom.

Nice idea to make the skull more animal-like; makes him a lot more sinister.

I also had skeletors's cat-thing. He-Man's too. A dog chewed the head off my He-Man figure; true story

Panthro and Battle cat would be their names.
Dec if a dog chewed off the head of your he-man toy, its probobly because you went outside. Bad things happen outside

Panthro later went on to co-star in the little-known 'Thundercats' series.

Moan-oh-man I love the finish on this Thomps, super-keen brushwork. Not crazy about the teeny eyes though. Maybe if you'd de-humanised the rest of the skull around the jaw and teeth a tad, as it is he looks kinda malformed to me.
But as I say, sensational execution.

Panthor Will, not Panthro.

Whoops, mixing up my early 80's nostalgia. Shame on me. I have him upstairs and all (Along with every single other he-man figure)

I remember Panthor action figure had some fake purple fur.

very impressive brushwork. particularly the line shading! not an easy thing to pull off.

Ah...Skeletor, one of my favourite villains of all time!

I'm loving the unique take on the design of the skull, makes him look even more despicably eeeeviil!
