TrimmTrabb
All right, titwitches?
Spending the weekend at Oxegen, or as I like to refer to it, the bins 'round the back of the abortion clinic. Fuck, it's grim out there.
Nonetheless, I finally caught Blur live, something I neglected to do before now, as I spent my teenage years enjoying the three songs of Oasis, mainly to antagonise my Mockney-loving sister. (I also backed the wrong horse in '93 by proclaiming the Super Mario Bros Movie to be better in every way to Jurassic Park.) And though I'd much rather be stuck in a lift with the inimitable Noelly G than Damien Allbran, Blur doth fair knocked the crust from my pants the other night. So here for you, and in the hope that I can tempt all the 90s Indie chicks into buying Transformers comics, is Damon Albarn in a scene inspired by Friday night.

This is class man. Really different to your other posts.
I was once so jazzed by a Radiohead gig i did a painting of it. I even went to 'Witnness' (as it was called back in the day) and did sketches of all the performers i saw. I know... i'm sad.
There the one band i wanted to see all summer
I wanted to catch Immodeum. Man those guys are bigger than Hanson...
Declan. Jesus Christ.
Liam. Jesus Christ.
Back home from it all now. Left Whittle there dragging the last pertinent gasps from a DOA dog of a weekend. Company was good, the bands I wanted to see were great, but the kids, Marty! Something's gotta be done about your kids!
The Weather was the main bastard, but I had no handy quotes for that.
Dec, I used to doodle Thom Yorke in my sketchbooks a little. The 97 show in the RDS made me want to draw gushing fan-art and send it to them, I didn't.
Weird Hanson/Radiohead Venn Diagram, if my memory serves me correct: Mmm Bop kept Paranoid Android from Number 1. Both great songs.
Thommo, for you to catch Imodium would mean you would have to leave the Pale
Nicely done. Blur rule dude, swaggery-twang-3-cords-only-guitar brothers are hoop.
So many things to say...
Firstly my life is complete having seen Blur (live) at Glastonbury so thanks for this Nick, I'm convinced it is just for my benefit, like She Ra!
I'm pretending that you didn't rate Hanson & Radiohead in the same category.
If anyone needs a lecture on Coxon's innovative & somewhat complex chord progressions please see me after class.
And Declan. Jesus Christ.
I don't wanna spoil no mystery, but Kathy Rhindhoops is closely related to me, in case Mooney or Dec felt like being deferential to a 'lady' on here. (Clue: She likes Morosey and Captain Picard.)
And she seems to think i'm like Jesus Christ. Smart lady.... whoever she is....
