Well it looks like I'm still the only one to miss a day. Balls!! I checked the site at 11:30 and there was no post so I gleefully drew this. But no, he got there. He always does. Giant Spider and me with headlice here
Mwa-ha-ha-ha. Made me think of this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dewey_Defeats_Truman Class picture though Bob, I like the little bit of pink in my cheeks.
Man, is it too late to get a cartoon of each of us drawn by Bob into the Micks book? I want one of me so bad... Dec got one, now Thompson... Do me Bob, DO ME!
I love the fact that the Micks walk around with a target on their hunchy backs, waiting to be sniped down by their bred'ren. This made me laugh silently. Bob's a champ.
I missed a week, had no phone and no internet in the new empty Spanish house but Dec got an image from my Flickr. I'll definitely do a spazzmoid comic featuring you all some time soon. Eclectic Micks vs Gobots or something
Can we all combine into one big creature a la Voltron? You know Mooney can be the head, Will and Nick can be our dancing legs, Dec can be the filthy crotch etc.
I know *I'm* making out with the screen Lisa, dunno bout you...
Lovely colours in this one Bob. I have a new look now though; shaved head, handle-bar tache, shirtless and black pvc shorts.
I forgot about that week you 'missed' Bob. Dunno bout ye, but i reckon the day we actually miss a post is the death knell of the blog.
By the way, we should figure out a week to do the Amperduke week, otherwise we'll never actually do it, or 3 will do it one week, 2 the next, blah blah blah, etc. How bout the week after next?
Eclectic Micks are a collection of Irish professional comic book artists. They include Stephen Mooney (Angel, Half Past Danger), Stephen Thompson (Star Trek; New Frontier, Presidential Material: John McCain), Len O'Grady (Smoke, Ares) Nick Roche (Transformers, Doctor Who), Will Sliney (Star Wars, Farscape), Bob Byrne (Mr. Amperduke, 2000AD), Declan Shalvey (Thunderbolts, 28 Days Later) and Tomm Moore (The Secret of Kells)
Every day there will be a sketch posted here, each artist posting on a certain day. Enjoy

Hey Mooney, there was little Bob cartoons of all of us in that one of 'Puppeteer Dec' he did. Remember Will with his Spongebob Squarepants eyelashes?
Oh yeah! I assume that's made it into the book?
Gravy.
So I guess the terror sweat remains...
Which Mick WILL be the first to drop the ball?
And just how annoyed would Dec BE?
THAT's our theme week! Playing Chicken With Midnight! (The title of my forthcoming autobiography.)

Should I be making out with my computer screen now, I'm confused.

I'm thinking that Voltron idea has legs, Thompson...
pun intended, obviously.
I've just realised how much this version of Thompson looks like the bastard child of ming the merciless and fu manchu
Nice work Bob. Apocalypse is building up nicely too.
(Eclectic Micks vs Gobots? Sustained :) In this case though, imitation is the highest form of flattery.)
