All little Brucey wants for xmas is the means to fight all the criminals in Gotham. This was very enjoyable to do I must admit. Would like to colour it too at some stage
Nice Will Nice. I think it'd work better if he wasn't holding the sword, to show his disinterest in frivolity. Although the sword works to show he's ready to scrap.
I like that he's holding the sword! It's the only present he's bothered with as it can help in his cause. Great piece Will, you should defo colour it up and use it as a chrimbo card.
Yeh originally i was gonna try and do all the presants as some sort of weapon but that wouldve required at least another hours work and there was drinking to be done
SO much in this piece that makes it work, but Bruce's clenched fist (the one not holding the sword) is the detail that really cinches this image for me. Brilliant.
Eclectic Micks are a collection of Irish professional comic book artists. They include Stephen Mooney (Angel, Half Past Danger), Stephen Thompson (Star Trek; New Frontier, Presidential Material: John McCain), Len O'Grady (Smoke, Ares) Nick Roche (Transformers, Doctor Who), Will Sliney (Star Wars, Farscape), Bob Byrne (Mr. Amperduke, 2000AD), Declan Shalvey (Thunderbolts, 28 Days Later) and Tomm Moore (The Secret of Kells)
Every day there will be a sketch posted here, each artist posting on a certain day. Enjoy

Great piece, it says something.
Great piece Will. Actually feels like one of those pages in a Christmas annual that you colour in yourself. Now where are my crayons . . .

One thing though, having the christmas tree that close to an open flame is a real fire-hazard.
Great personality in both the characters faces too.

This looks great man. A *lot* of work gone into this one. Fair play.

Bet all he really wanted was new parents. Great piece Will, particularly like the snooty expression on Alfred. Bravo on the 'The Beat' link too.
Great Bruce....but perfect Alfred! Nice job.
