Man, you must have been pretty young Will. I thought He-Man would've pre-dated you by quite a bit.
Ah i remember this toy quite well. Good times. This was once one of my most treasured possessions, along with my Lion-O (...til my sister threw him down the stairs and his head broke off ...grumble...)
God how I hated He-Man, even as a child. His blonde bob and little furry pants were so off-putting, even then.
That said, very accurate rendition Will, brought back some memories.
Well they were originally supposed to be Conan toys but when Mattel saw how gory the film was they repainted them and launched their own character.
Yeah.
And that makes it better how...?
Because that at least explains were his scanty clothing came from.
Wow...didn't he have a rubber band in his waist as well, for bitch slapping action?
I too am surprised at Willbilly's claims to have an original He-Man! I got Battle Armour He-Man and Skeletor for Christmas 85 in lieu of Optimus Prime and Megatron.
