Sliney in Star Wars drawing shocker. There was just too much talk about that show where everything is resolved over a cup of tea yesterday. Also, a quick sketch of one of my favourite Santa TV moments
I love all that stuff. Especially the clone wars. I only rip on Star Trek to rise you Dec to be honest. I tried watching the last series of it with the Quantum leap fella
i'd take the phantom menace over that beige-carpeted nightmare where they've abolished money and men wear mini-skirts,where fat bearded jazz-loving canadians get to bed mockney klingon sloppy-seconds,where aging, balding out of work yorkshire thespians get to show off thier acting chops doing episodes like 'the inner light'... and what has brent spiner done since, tha makes him the great actooor that he always spunked off about being during the entire run of sttng. he is the trek equivalant of 'sir' anthony daniels. but i do love 'aspects' of tng.
Eclectic Micks are a collection of Irish professional comic book artists. They include Stephen Mooney (Angel, Half Past Danger), Stephen Thompson (Star Trek; New Frontier, Presidential Material: John McCain), Len O'Grady (Smoke, Ares) Nick Roche (Transformers, Doctor Who), Will Sliney (Star Wars, Farscape), Bob Byrne (Mr. Amperduke, 2000AD), Declan Shalvey (Thunderbolts, 28 Days Later) and Tomm Moore (The Secret of Kells)
Every day there will be a sketch posted here, each artist posting on a certain day. Enjoy

Ah yes. The cup of tea joke. Again.
Y'know, for someone who moans about Star Trek, you really don't help your case by posting a lot of Star Wars PREQUEL stuff!

That wasn't a great series to be fair. Any other series would have been better.
Thompson swears by Enterprise, so draw your own conclusions...
Really like both these pieces Will, a hint of expressive cartooneyness creeping in which I think really works.
Get back to work you Mooney and stop browsing the net!
