The Unfinished X-Men

Here's a real sketchy one, an old X-Men group shot that I never got around to fully pencilling, apart from a little bit of Colossus.

I really like this unfinished...you can see what shape it will take even though it's super sketchy!

Ah, I remember this. Really like the composition, specially Nightcrawler on the left.

Or 'the right' as the kids are calling it these days.

Jesus Christ Mooney.

Great image Thompson. I really like your Cyclops, comparing him to the build of Wolvie you see how different they are. Would love to see it finished but i know it'll never happen.

Jesus. The scary thing is, yet again I stepped back in my mind, made sure it was on the side I thought it was and then wrote the left. Is there some sort of dyslexia relating to spatial awareness?
At least I was always like this and I haven't just been losing it recently...

I don't want to see if finished...is that weird? i like it the way it is. @Moondog...gah!

I wish my editor's shared your opinion Jac, I'd get my pages done so much quicker.

Wow! Awesome sketch!
I would love to see this one finished at some point!

Hey! Nice one! Look, Thompson, we all know you COULD finish it, and it'd rock, but what's the point! Move on. That's my attitude. And yours too, wonderfully.

Really great piece. The nuts and bolts of people's drawings is the most interesing part for me. I detect a smidge of Pacheco from this, which is no bad thing to my mind. His X-Men stuff was some of mah most favourite Mutant-themed drawage.
